1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rapid Recruit website rapidrecruit.io or submitting your information through any of our forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Rapid Recruit is a recruiting platform that connects job candidates in the financial services industry with employment opportunities. We facilitate candidate sourcing, outreach, interview scheduling, and placement through digital communication channels including SMS, email, and phone.

3. SMS / Text Message Terms

3.1 Program Description

Rapid Recruit operates an SMS messaging program that sends job opportunity alerts, interview scheduling confirmations, placement status updates, and recruiter follow-up messages to candidates in the financial services industry who have explicitly opted in. This program is registered under the A2P 10DLC framework.

3.2 Consent

You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of using our services or submitting any form. Consent is entirely optional. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Rapid Recruit.

3.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your application activity and recruiter communication. You may receive up to 5 messages per week. Message frequency may vary.

3.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier. Rapid Recruit is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier for sending or receiving SMS messages.

3.5 How to Opt Out — Text STOP

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Rapid Recruit. After we receive your opt-out request, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-enroll. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at the information in Section 12.

3.7 Supported Carriers — Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Rapid Recruit is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3.8 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely for the purposes described in these Terms.

3.9 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS messages from Rapid Recruit. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3.10 Privacy Policy

4. User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms and communications
  • Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity

  • Not submit spam, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent applications

All content on rapidrecruit.io, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rapid Results LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rapid Recruit provides its website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific employment placement will result from use of our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rapid Results LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or failure to secure employment placement.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may integrate with or reference third-party platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party platforms. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and conditions.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at rapidrecruit.io/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
