3.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box on our web forms, website, or other intake materials, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated or manually dialed text messages from Rapid Recruit. These messages may include:

3.3 How to Opt Out of SMS

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Rapid Recruit at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After we receive your opt-out request, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll. You may also contact us at the information listed in Section 10 to opt out.

3.5 Supported Carriers

Rapid Recruit's SMS messaging program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Rapid Recruit is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

3.6 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent data is used solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Background screening companies (with your authorization)
